Résumé :

Six mois ont passé depuis la dissolution de la Section 9 et l’arrestation du cerveau au cœur de l’affaire du rieur. Des terroristes, se faisant appeler « les onze individuels », prennent les employés de l’ambassade de Chine en otage. Motoko Kusanagi et son équipe se trouve confronté à un nouveau Stand Alone Complex.
